TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: August 5, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Site" and any digital products purchased through it, including build manuals, plans, diagrams, parts catalogs, and related digital files (collectively, the "Products"), operated by NexUS Quads ("NEXUS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a Product, you ("you," "the Customer," or "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Product.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Products from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Products involve information about fabricating and operating motorized vehicles and are not intended for use by minors without direct supervision and involvement of a responsible adult.

  2. Nature of the Products All Products sold on the Site are digital, downloadable content — informational and educational fabrication guides, reference diagrams, bills of materials, and related files. We do not sell, manufacture, assemble, inspect, or ship any physical vehicle, vehicle kit, or physical component. Nothing purchased on this Site is a certified engineering design, and no Product has been crash-tested, safety-certified, or homologated for road use in any jurisdiction. See the Product & Safety Disclaimer for further detail, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  3. License to Use Your purchase of a Product grants you a limited license to use that Product strictly as set out in our End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You do not acquire ownership of any Product by purchasing it.

  4. Orders, Pricing & Payment 4.1 All prices are listed in and are subject to change without notice until an order is completed. 4.2 Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar) will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law. 4.3 Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., ). We do not store your full payment card details. Your payment information is subject to the applicable payment provider's own terms and privacy policy. 4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment has been accepted, in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing or product description, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an accepted order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

  5. Delivery of Digital Products 5.1 Products are delivered electronically, typically via an instant download link and/or email delivery, immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. 5.2 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the Product is a digital good delivered immediately upon or shortly after payment, and you consent to this immediate delivery as described in the Refund Policy. 5.3 It is your responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address and to ensure our emails are not blocked by a spam filter. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address you provided or a spam filter outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you regain access if you contact nexus-support@nexusquad.store.

  6. Refunds All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, published at and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before purchasing. In summary: because Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances described in that policy.

  7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All Products, including all text, diagrams, drawings, spreadsheets, layouts, branding, and the "NEXUS" name and logo, are the intellectual property of NexUS Quads or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws worldwide. 7.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited license described in the EULA. 7.3 The physical vehicle or components you may choose to build using a Product's instructions are your own property; however, the underlying instructions, diagrams, and documentation remain our intellectual property regardless of what you build from them.

  8. Prohibited Uses You agree not to:

(a) resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly share, or upload any Product, in whole or in part, to any other person, marketplace, forum, file-sharing service, or platform; (b) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from a Product; (c) claim authorship of a Product or represent it as your own original work; (d) use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of any third party; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems; (f) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or Products without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT IS ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC MATERIALS OR COMPONENTS, OR THAT A VEHICLE BUILT FOLLOWING A PRODUCT WILL BE SAFE, LEGAL TO OPERATE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE. See the Product & Safety Disclaimer for further important information you must read before attempting any build. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of your country of residence.

  2. Assumption of Risk Fabricating and operating a motorized vehicle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to structural failure, electrical fire or shock, fuel fire or explosion, and mechanical injury, which can result in property damage, serious injury, or death. By purchasing and using a Product, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. You are solely responsible for: verifying the accuracy and suitability of all information before use; using appropriately qualified professionals to check structural, electrical, and fuel-system work; complying with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations in your jurisdiction; and ensuring any vehicle you build is safe before operating it.

  3. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXUS QUADS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF A PRODUCT OR THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATION, OR OPERATION OF ANY VEHICLE OR COMPONENT BUILT USING A PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

  4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexUS Quads and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: your use or misuse of a Product; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any injury, death, or property damage arising from a vehicle or component you build, modify, or operate using a Product.

  5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes 13.1 If you have any issue with an order — including non-delivery, a technical problem accessing your Product, or a billing question — you agree to contact us first at nexus-support@nexusquad.store and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before contacting your bank or card issuer. 13.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you have read and accepted these Terms and the Refund Policy prior to payment; (b) the Product is a digital good that was, or will be, delivered to you as described; and (c) initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a Product that was delivered as described, without first attempting to resolve the matter with us as set out in Section 13.1, may constitute a breach of these Terms. 13.3 We retain records reasonably necessary to demonstrate delivery and your acceptance of these Terms, which may include: order and payment timestamps, IP address and device/browser information captured at checkout, the specific version of these Terms and the Refund Policy in effect at the time of your order, download/access logs, and any support correspondence. We may submit this evidence to the payment processor, card network, or bank in response to a chargeback or dispute. 13.4 We reserve the right to refuse future orders from, suspend or terminate the account of, and pursue recovery of any fees, costs, or losses (including chargeback fees) from any customer who files a chargeback or payment dispute that is later determined to be unwarranted or made in violation of this Section.

  6. Third-Party Services The Site may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of such services may be subject to their own separate terms and privacy policies.

  7. Privacy Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, published at and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without affecting any rights or remedies either party may have accrued up to that point, and without obligation to refund any completed purchase except as required by the Refund Policy or applicable law.

  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded by agreement.17.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of a Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. 17.3

  10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will, where required by law, be notified to you in advance.

  11. Severability; Entire Agreement If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the EULA, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Product & Safety Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Products.
