ND USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Effective Date: August 5, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NexUS Quads governing your use of any digital Product. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

  1. Grant of License Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Product for your own personal or internal business fabrication purposes, including building one or more physical units for yourself or for a client on a work-for-hire basis, provided the Product files themselves are not resold or redistributed.

  2. License Restrictions You may not, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes:

(a) resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, publish, or share the Product files (in original or modified form) with any third party; (b) upload the Product, in whole or in part, to any public or private file-sharing service, cloud drive with public access, forum, marketplace, or social media platform; (c) use the Product to create a competing product for resale, such as a derivative build manual or parts catalog offered for sale to others; (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or proprietary notice contained in the Product; (e) represent yourself as the author or original creator of the Product.

Nothing in this EULA restricts what you do with a physical vehicle or component you build by following a Product — you may keep, use, modify, sell, or give away the physical item you build. The restriction applies only to the digital files, instructions, and documentation themselves.

  1. Ownership The Product is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in this EULA.

  2. No Professional Advice; No Warranty The Product is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional engineering, safety, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for review by a qualified engineer, mechanic, or electrician. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Product. Use of the Product, and any build undertaken based on it, is entirely at your own risk. See the Product & Safety Disclaimer for further important terms, which are incorporated into this EULA by reference.

  3. Term and Termination This EULA is effective from the date you first access the Product until terminated. Your license terminates automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 survive termination.

  4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to this EULA or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to any injury, death, or property damage arising from a build undertaken using the Product.

  5. Governing Law This EULA is governed by the laws of Slovenia, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
